I highly recommend Cheryl Stakutis to be your realtor. Cheryl helped us buy, and then sell, a house in Concord, MA. While buying our house, Cheryl really listened to our requirements for a house and only showed us homes that met our criteria and our budget. She was very organized and was able to show us many houses in a short period of time. We were one of “those customers” that had trouble finding our perfect house. Cheryl didn’t rush us or put pressure on us to choose a house. She wanted to be sure that we found the right house for us. While evaluating houses, Cheryl brought up issues that we hadn’t thought of.
